Back of the pick up :) on the way to the beach
Alright so, this is mile 88. my first real beach experience here. I was the dorky wide-eyed tourist who just kept saying "oh my gosh, oh my gosh..." in between taking pictures. Trust me there's a lot more, but it's too time consuming uploading everything and i' EXHAUSTED. *whew* what a first weekend. So I was randomly invited to the beach by some people I didn't know and ended up in the BACK OF A PICK UP TRUCK (legal here!) on the way to this awesome spot. Met a lot of cool people, who then invited me on a road trip to Hilo (opposite side of the island-2hrs away) the next day. So, if you think this place looks good... you shall soon see pics of what I did the next day. Oh my, I rode in the back of the pick up for 2 hours and let's just say the drive gave a whole new meaning to "scenic route".
Will post sunday pics later. too tired :( gotta be up for work tomorrow at 5:30 AM!!
